Returns & Exchange

At Kubsa, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every product you receive. Each piece is crafted and delivered with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, we understand that on rare occasions, unforeseen issues may arise.

For Returns & Exchange (Domestic & International Orders)

We accept returns and exchange only if:

  • You received the wrong product (doesn’t match your order confirmation).
  • The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

If either of these happens, we’ll replace the item with the same or a similar one after reviewing your concern.

  • Timeframe for Returns: You have 7 days to return or exchange your product.
  • Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packed as it arrived.

For Damaged or Defective Products

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any associated return shipping costs.

Important Note: Items purchased during sales or discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please share:

  • Your order number
  • Date of transaction
  • Delivery address
  • A clear photo of the wrong or defective item

We’ll guide you through the process from there.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and it clears the quality check, we’ll process your refund. Here’s how long it takes, depending on your payment method:

  • UPI or Wallets: Processed instantly (may take up to 48 hours in rare cases).
  • Credit/Debit Cards and Net Banking: Usually takes 7–10 business days (depends on your bank).
  • Bank Transfers (NEFT): Refunds appear within 1–3 business days.

If the returned item doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll send it back to you and the refund will not be processed.

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange, we’ll deliver the replacement to the same address. Want it sent somewhere else? We recommend opting for a refund and placing a new order with the updated address.

Cancellation Policy

  • At Kubsa, we do not offer order cancellations once the purchase has been made. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
  • However, you can return the item after receiving it by following our return process. Please note that shipping costs for returns (unless due to an error on our part) will need to be covered by you.
