The Baduku seere is handwoven in mulberry silk, golden and silver zari. This piece showcases an amalgamation of Ilkal and Khana elements owing to the tradition of always pairing the Khana and Ilkal textiles together.
Buduku is one of our distinguished pieces, serving as an homage to the traditional crafts of northern Karnataka and their custodians—the artisans. This piece was also designed and displayed for the Sutr Santiti - Then and Now and Next exhibition in Mumbai 2023.
